Terms of Agreement

Onlineloveconnection.com reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Terms of Agreement and all documents incorporated by reference.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Web site and your membership in the Service and may be modified by Onlineloveconnection.com from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by Onlineloveconnection.com on the Web site. This Agreement includes the Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the Web site. This is a service for adults ONLY (over 18) to meet each other online. By using Onlineloveconnection.com web site (the "Web site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the onlineloveconnection.com service (the "Service"), read these Terms of Use and indicate your acceptance of them by following the instructions in the REGISTRATION PROCESS. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of Onlineloveconnection.com or use the Web site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  1. You must be 18 years old or older to use the site. Do not post ads that seek out or advertise users who are younger than 18.
  2. Do not post your (or anyone else's) full name, email address, street address or phone number. Do not request this same information from other people in your ad.
  3. Do not post URLs, websites, or instant messenger IDs/numbers. Do not alter the appearance of your ad by using HTML tags.
  4. Do not post adult-oriented content (e.g., nudity, overtly sexual language or images, etc.).
  5. Do not post obscene, offensive, illegal or otherwise objectionable material.
  6. Do not harass, threaten or use abusive or vulgar language.
  7. Do not post an ad that includes discussions of illegal activities.
  8. Do not write your ad title and description in a foreign language, characters or symbols.
  9. Do not post an ad or gather ad information using automated tools, unless specifically authorized (e.g., robots, crawling software).
  10. Do not use this service for commercial purposes (i.e. spam, information gathering, etc.).
  11. Do not post copyrighted content without permission from the owner.
  12. Do not post an image if:
  • you are not in it
  • it is an image of you as a child
  • it contains more than 2 recognizable people
  • it is something other than a non-animated GIF or JPG file
  • it includes contact info
  • it is a "collage" of images
  • it is a duplicate of another photo
  • it is larger than 5MB in size

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 General Terms

The credit card or paypal account information that you provide will automatically and immediately be billed. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.

2.2 PAYMENT FOR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Onlineloveconnection.com allows paid subscribers to get in touch with anyone on Onlineloveconnection.com site. Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. If canceling membership please do so within 3 business days of automatic renewal of membership, any renewal monies will be fully refunded to subscriber. Free or additional promotion time will be added onto the end of paid subscription plans, these monies are not refundable, and a paid subscription must be utilized in order to receive promotional benefits.

2.3 CANCELLATION FOR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Please note, unless Onlineloveconnection.com gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, and you cancel after 15 days, you will still have the service until the end of the 30 days.

2.4 TERMINATION

If your credit card is invalid for any reason, or an issue comes up with the processing of your payment, your account privileges will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it deleted permanently. Onlineloveconnection.com accepts no liability for information that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

3. ADVICE

Subscription to the advice column is strictly for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any actions taken before or after the posting of the advice. In all situations we suggest that you or anyone seek professional advice from a licensed doctor of psychology or behavior specialist.

4. HOROSCOPE

Subscription to the horoscope option is strictly for entertainment purposes only. In no manner do we suggest that the advice or suggestions given are to be taken as anything but entertainment. Anything posted or given should be treated as such.

5. VOICE RECORDINGS

When recording the voice option you cannot state phone numbers, email address, URL's or any personal items. Onlineloveconnection.com reserves the right to check recordings for unacceptable words or content. Failure to follow these rules will result in the deletion of the recording.

6. MEMBER DISPUTES

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Onlineloveconnection.com, reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Onlineloveconnection.com expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate Registrant's account and refuse current or future use of any service, in its sole discretion believes Registrant has: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other users, or the general public, or (iii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the Terms Of Agreement, the Guidelines or these Terms.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Onlineloveconnection.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Web site or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Web site, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. This is a service for adults to meet each other online only. If members of the website decide to meet on their own Onlineloveconnection.com is not responsible for any actions or results that arise from the members deciding to do this. Onlineloveconnection.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Web site or Member of the Service. Onlineloveconnection.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications. Onlineloveconnection.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstances will Onlineloveconnection.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Web site or the Service, any Content posted on the Web site or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Web site, whether online or offline. The Web site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Onlineloveconnection.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Onlineloveconnection.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Web site and/or the Service.

9. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS

If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.

10. DISPUTES

The Terms of Service, which apply to your Subscription Services, provides that both you and Onlineloveconnection.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Onlineloveconnection.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

12. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Onlineloveconnection.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Web site or the Service, even if Onlineloveconnection.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Onlineloveconnection.com's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Onlineloveconnection.com for the Service during the term of membership.
